ATL Neighbors assessed the Zoning Classification of thousands of listings on Airbnb.com to determine the impact of policy proposals such as Z-20-69. The findings are available for the city as a whole and for each Neighborhood, Neighborhood Planning Unit and City Council District. A list of things to keep in mind about this study are as follows:

The data suggests that Z-20-69 as currently written would explicitly prohibit about 37% of the city's Short Term Rentals. Look through the Neighborhood, NPU or City Council District breakouts for localized impacts.
